I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms offered a nice view of the mountains, but they were a bit rundown with dirty carpeting and a musty smell. The service was exceptional, but I found the lack of a coffee shop or kiosk disappointing. The location was convenient for exploring the Hollywood attractions, but the room's condition was a downside.

My stay at the hotel was comfortable and the location was convenient, although the room cleanliness did not meet the usual Hilton standards I'm accustomed to, especially considering the prices in California. The double bed room provided adequate space.

The service was great, especially thanks to Angie and Leo from the front desk. They were always helpful, knowledgeable, and really professional. They went out of their way to assist with various requests including car hire, dry cleaning, and valet parking.

The location was very good and quiet, with easy access to the freeway, Universal Studios, and the mall. It has been redone since my last stay and was very close to Glendale Galleria. Additionally, the staff assisted me in navigating the Hilton honors program.
